The Society of Newfoundland Radio Amateurs Structured for kids aged 8 and up, groups such as Guides, Pathfinders, Cubs, Scouts and Cadets can talk on ham radios and learn all about early communication history. CICQ Tourism Radio 92.3 FM is a low power station that is broadcasted right here at the museum. It can be received locally and hosts a selection of tourist information about Mount Pearl. Tune in to hear our Stories from The Florizel series, in which Garreth McGrath reads from the journals of those who were with her on some of her historic voyages.
